Caffe Matto Caffe Matto Mount Pocono, PA Mount Pocono, PA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers - Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries, as needed - Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints Skills - Experience in food handling and preparation is preferred - Proficiency in operating a POS system, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong math skills for cash handling and retail calculations - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers - Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays - Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
