A Pennsylvania P&C license is required.

Duties Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues Process insurance policy changes, explaining coverage in detail to clients Write new insurance policies for existing clients (personal lines only) Review insurance policy renewals and determine appropriate actions to mitigate increases in premium Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions Assist clients with reporting insurance claims Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance service or related field General knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty insurance license (to be obtained before date of hire) Qualities we seek Positive attitude Self-sufficient Eager to learn Problem-solver Team player Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
